How smart are the Vietnamese?

No photos this time, just admiration for the Vietnamese - great food, vibrant cities, etc AND they have blocked Facebook. Will the pleasures never end?

Friday night in UB

This is me, Urjin, Mike and Kathrine from our project celebrating the end of the week at a very stylish restaurant overlooking a temple. Sadly the photographer managed to capture only the Soviet era buidlings in this shot. Lovely evenings at the moment.

We are having great weather here in UB - well above zero most of the time, and the dust storms last only a few hours. Look at the light in this shot of me in the big square in the centre of town - with the old opera house and the new office town behind.
